The book explores 7 Keys to Living A Productive Life and helps you implement them using best practises, strategies and tactics. It is laid out in a format that encourages you to engage with the content to get the most out of your journey.

The First key is about writing a mission statement and living it out through the roles you play in life and then creating goals for each of the roles so you actually live in line with your mission.

The Second key is about creating a system that allows you to handle everything that life throws at you with as little stress as possible and being able to do everything that you commit to do.

Build Your Habits
The Third key is about creating habits that help to turn your goals into reality by creating habits stacks during your day to ensure that you actually practise your habits.

The Fourth key is about doing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly planning and knowing how to use your calendar as a secret weapon to move your goals from idea to implementation.

Focus Your Mind
The Fifth key is about training your brain to help you become productive as you embrace insights from the field of neuroscience and you learn how to handle the many distractions that keep coming your way.

The Sixth key is about knowing how you are wired, how your personality type affects your productivity and how to work with who you to be productive.

Renew Your Energy
The Seventh and final key is about learning how to show up with energy that is infectious by knowing how to develop physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy.

About the Author

Mark has devoted 3 decades to living productively in every area of life and coaches people to live productively. He has trained thousands of leaders in over a dozen African countries including Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, Burkina Faso, Malawi, Kenya, Gabon, Namibia and South Africa. He is responsible for leadership and staff development at Every Nation Rosebank.

Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Diploma in Training from the Damelin Business Management School in Johannesburg and with an Honours degree in Theology from the Baptist Theological College of Southern Africa.

Mark is a married to Debbie and is a father of three: Keegan (30), Ashley (28) and Drew Nguvu (18).
