DISCIPLESHIP
and the
COMMITMENT LEVEL MODEL
The commitment level model of ministry is all about discipleship. In fact, it would be correct to say that the whoe process of ministry among youth - from making contact with the unchurched young person to seeing them involved in ministry as a mature believer - is covered by the word discipleship. Jesus' command was to make disciples - which involved making contact with people, sharing the gospel with them, and teaching them.
