In 2021 I stumbled across the highly customisable productivity app called Notion and totally embraced it as my life management system. The ability to create pages and linked databases is a true game changer for productivity.

I have made a number of templates freely available until I start to sell them via Gumroad so if you want to grab them and duplicate them to your own Notion system you should probably move fairly quickly!

Your first step is to become a Notion user – and using the free version will be perfect as it is a fully functioning system even though it is free. You can signup and download a desktop and phone app (or just start by using Notion in your browser). Here is a link to get started: http://notion.so/

Your next step is to visit a page that I have created where 10 of my templates are available for you to Duplicate to your own Notion system (in the top right hand corder you will see the link marked “Duplicate” – assuming you have created a Notion account already).
